About Evan:

Evan began his career at HSG Realty, a brokerage specializing in highrise condos, co-ops, historic, and luxury homes in the St. Louis area. He provided expert advice to buyers, sellers, tenants, landlords, and investors.

After spending approximately two years in this specialized market, Evan transitioned to a property management role with an international commercial real estate service brokerage. In this position, he oversaw the finances and operations of a multi-use high-rise building. This impressive building comprises 73 residential units, a three-story bank space, seven storefronts, a restaurant, a sub-police station, and industrial/storage facilities—all within a single structure.

During this time, Evan maintained his real estate license with HSG Realty.

When HSG Realty merged with The Hermann London Group. This merger prompted Evan to re-enter the real estate market, where he began working with out-of-state investors, focusing on investment and multi-family acquisitions.

Evan specializes in transaction representation, portfolio acquisition & liquidation, project management, and property management. His method starts by creating a tailored strategy specific to each client’s needs. Once a general goal is established, he guides clients throughout the acquisition process. Unlike many agents/brokerages who pass paperwork to a transaction coordinator or assistant, which can lead to miscommunication, Evan handles all communication and coordination directly with his clients, title companies, banks, and other involved parties.

If a property requires rehabilitation, Evan takes charge of managing the project and coordinating with contractors. All contractors go through an extensive qualification process, ensuring reputable service.

Once a property meets the necessary standards, Evan will either list it on the market for top dollar, or if the client prefers to hold the asset, he will lease and manage the property.
